Taleggio DOP
Taleggio is a mountain cow’s cheese with a washed. It is made 3 miles from Bergamo in Lombary. When matured for 3 or 4 months it becomes creamy and nutty. It has an edible rind, and is made with fresh milk collected daily.
Ingredients: Pasteurised Cow’s Milk, Traditional Rennet
Milk: Cow’s, Animal Rennet
