Pecorino Romano (Grated)
Pecorino Romano is a traditional aged sheep cheese made only from local milk. Crumbly, but still delicate and salty. This is the cheese we serve with all our pasta. We have a large specialist cheese grater purely for grating our beloved Pecorino every morning.
Ingredients: Pasteurised Sheep’s Milk, Traditional Rennet
Milk: Sheep, Animal Rennet
Cheese Type: Firm
